We continuously improve carbon management capability, and actively create low-carbon development mode. It is calculated that the carbon emission of products produced by ECOTHREAD technology can be reduced by 19.5% compared with conventional technology.
Photovoltaic power

We built distributed photovoltaic power station to reduce fossil energy consumption. The photovoltaic project has an annual output of 410,000 kwh of electricity, an annual saving of about 163.77 tons of standard coal and an annual carbon emission reduction of about 194.50 tons of carbon dioxide.

ECOTHREAD™ DRY DYE FIBER
Our EcoThread™ fiber is made using a Dry-Dye process during manufacturing, saving 50% more water compared to traditional synthetic plush dyeing.
AQUASMART DYE™
This new synthetic plush dyeing method reduces water and power consumption by 90% compared to traditional dyeing practices.
CLEANER ENERGY SOURCES
By switching from coal to natural gas in our manufacturing facilities, we have decreased our CO₂ emissions by 50%.
RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES
We’re constantly exploring and considering renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power to help reduce our reliance on fossil fuels.
RECYCLING STANDARDS
The objectives of the GRS are to define requirements to ensure accurate content claims and good working conditions, and that harmful environmental and chemical impacts are minimized.
ENVIRONMENTAL CAUSES
By donating 1% of proceeds to environmental causes, we hope to offset a portion of our carbon footprint. But we strive to do more on both the global and local levels.
